The 59,000 entries for the 21k race have been sold out*. The huge number of contestants makes the GöteborgsVarvet Half Marathon the largest HM’s in the world.

The 21k race has now passed 1 million registered runners since the first GöteborgsVarvet HM was organized in 1980.

The registration for 2013 years race officially opens on June 1, 2012. Runners participating in 2012’s 21k race are given the opportunity to register for 2013 already in the end of April.
