Application
Deadline - last day to enter at the regular fee (SEK 120) is 31st of March 2012.

Late entries / Late notification
1-30 April 2011, via the website: SEK 180.
During race weekend, 10-13 May 2012: SEK 250.

When you register, you agree that your registration and your results may be published on this web site and in the newspaper GT - unless you indicate otherwise, to GöteborgsVarvet.

Start and finish
The start is beside the street Margretebergsgatan. The finish is in the Slottsskogsvallen Athletics Arena.

The course
The surface is tarmac and the surroundings is green as you run through the beautiful park Slottsskogen. There are two different courses 1.3 and 2.4, depending on your age.

Everyone gets a medal
Everybody who is running gets a medal and some extra energy to eat and drink after the finish. The best in each class will also get honour prices - and we also have extra prizes for some "lucky numbers" (bib numbers).

Certificate
All contestants will receive a certificate in the post a few weeks after the race.

Activity area
In the start and finish area you can buy food, T-shirts and there will also be other entertainment.

PM/detailed information before start
A few weeks before the race, you get detailed information. You must pick up your race number/bib, before the start, in the Sport & Health Expo in Friidrottens Hus/indoor athletics arena (near the start and finish) 10-13 of May.

Photo memory
MarathonFoto will take pictures of all runners in the race. It is also possible to take group pictures in the start/finish area. A few days after the race, you can search and order images via www.marathonfoto.com.

Organizer
Organizer of the GöteborgsVarvet Half Marathon races is Göteborgs Friidrottsförbund / Göteborg Athletic Association. All the surplus goes straight back to new youth activities within the clubs and the management of Friidrottens Hus / the athletic indoor arena.
