Start certificate information
Your start certificate, sent 1–2 weeks before Göteborgsvarvet, contains general race information with everything you need to know before your start, as well as your personal details such as bib number, start time, start wave and QR code. (Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received it one week before the race.)
Start certificates for other races during Varvet Week are sent approximately one week before the date of your race. (Please check your spam folder if you haven’t received it.)
Info center during the event (opening hours will be updated closer to the event)
During Varvet Week, customer service will be on site to answer questions from runners and visitors at the following locations:

Saturday May 23, Göteborgsvarvet: 09:00–20:00
Sunday May 24, Lilla Varvet: 10:00–13:30

Thursday May 21: 11:00–20:30
Friday May 22: 10:00–21:00
Saturday May 23: 09:00–16:15
Sunday May 24: 09:00–13:00 (Expo closed, only Lilla Varvet bib collection and customer service available)

Email is monitored throughout the week. Due to high demand during Varvet Week, and with customer service also available on-site at Göteborgsvarvet Expo and Entréparken, responses may take some time.
After start certificates are sent out, demand increases further, which may lead to longer response times than usual. However, we will reply to all emails as soon as possible.
