For companies looking to focus on wellness, Göteborgsvarvet offers corporate packages. With our corporate packages, you can strengthen both health and team spirit together with colleagues and clients. Train together before the race and finish by running together in May. For those who prefer a shorter distance, there is Cityvarvet.

  • Run as a company Göteborgsvarvet Corporate Package 2027

    As a company, you can book race entries for Göteborgsvarvet 2027, May 22, the world’s largest half marathon. There are three different corporate packages: gold, silver, and bronze. Become a more attractive workplace and combine employee wellness with a corporate event. Run together with colleagues, clients, and suppliers.

    Please note: Corporate entries may not be used for commercial purposes, such as sales, raffles, or marketing. If this is discovered, Göteborgsvarvet reserves the right to cancel the booking.

    Booking for Corporate packages for Göteborgsvarvet 2027 opens on Monday, 31 August at 9:00 AM. (The booking link will be available here before booking opens.)

Minimum number for booking a corporate package: 4 people. Prices are excluding VAT.

Qualify for the appropriate starting waveNew – Digital seeding

For 2027, we are enhancing our starting wave system to create an even better race experience and improve the flow along the course. Instead of corporate starting waves, runners will be assigned to a starting wave based on their qualifying result.

Runners with a qualifying result will be placed in the first part of the starting field according to their result. Runners without a qualifying result will start in the later part of the field.

The Gold corporate package includes digital seeding and a digital training program.
The Silver corporate package includes digital seeding.

Tent PackageCorporate Villages & Tents

Our Corporate Villages are the natural meeting place for companies and partners during Varvet Week. Tent packages are available for Göteborgsvarvet and Stafettvarvet. More than 150 companies and organisations gather here to connect, prepare for the race and celebrate together.

Located right next to the start area, the Corporate Village is at the heart of the event. It’s the perfect place to watch thousands of runners head out in wave after wave, prepare for your own race and celebrate afterwards with colleagues, clients, friends and family. The vibrant atmosphere makes the Corporate Village an unforgettable part of the world's largest half marathon.

The tent booking will open during the autumn.

Please note that it is not permitted to set up your own tent in the event area.

Share the EffortRun Stafettvarvet

In Stafettvarvet, four runners each run 3.2 kilometers through Slottsskogen. After crossing the finish line, a delicious picnic basket awaits to be shared. You can also book a tent package to gather before and after the finish.

Experience the joy of training and competing together with your colleagues! 

Please note that you are registering the number of teams (not the individual team members). Each team consists of 4 members. Only one team captain is registered per team.

Booking for Stafettvarvet corporate packages will open later on.

  • Convenient participation Gold corporate package

    The Gold corporate package gives you access to an exclusive area with premium facilities and services. Avoid the queues for the toilets and relax as you prepare for the race. 

    As a team Gold runner, you'll have access to dedicated toilets, bag drop, changing rooms with showers, refreshments and snacks and an exclusive massage area. Everything is designed to give you the smoothest and most comfortable race-day experience before and after the race.
