Unable to participate
Registration for Göteborgsvarvet and all other races organised by Göteborgsvarvet is binding. Cancellations and refunds are not available. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions, which you accept when registering.
A 24-hour right of withdrawal applies after registration. To use your right of withdrawal, please contact info@goteborgsvarvet.se.
Transfer of entry
If you have a race entry for Göteborgsvarvet but are unable to participate, you may transfer or sell your entry up to 7 days before race day.
You are responsible for finding the person to whom you wish to transfer your entry.
Please note that entry transfers are only available for Göteborgsvarvet 21k. Entries for any other races organised by Göteborgsvarvet races cannot be transferred.

Official waiting list
If you have a race entry for Göteborgsvarvet but are unable to participate, you may also sell your entry through the official waiting list. This gives a runner on the waiting list the opportunity to purchase your entry.
When you sell your entry through the waiting list, your entry is offered to the next runner in line on the waiting list.
Please note that sales through the official waiting list are only available for Göteborgsvarvet 21k. Entries for any other races organised by Göteborgsvarvet cannot be sold through the official waiting list.
