About The Yard
The Yard is operated by Älvstranden Utveckling AB, a real estate company that owns, manages, and develops properties between the bridges in Gothenburg. We’ve proudly partnered with Göteborgsvarvet for many years – the iconic blue race line runs right through our neighborhoods.
The Yard is a joint initiative together with Business Region Göteborg and Lindholmen Science Park. The idea was shaped in close collaboration with the region’s tech companies, who have long needed a space to grow together.
