Customer service - Varvet week

You can also search the entire Göteborgsvarvet website by clicking on the "magnifying glass" icon. In mobile mode, you'll find the icon in the top menu to the left. In desktop mode, you'll find the icon in the top menu to the right, between "FAQ" and "EN".

In your start certificate, which is sent out via email 1-2 weeks before Göteborgsvarvet, you'll find general race information with everything you need to know before your start, as well as personal information for you as a runner, such as bib number, start time, start wave, QR code. (Please check your email spam folder if you haven't received your start certificate one week before Göteborgsvarvet).

Start certificate for other races during Varvetveckan are sent out approximately 1 week before the date of the race you are registered for. (Please check your email spam folder if you haven't received your start certificate 4 days before the race).

During Varvetveckan, customer service will be available to answer questions from runners and visitors at the following locations:

Info Center at Slottskogsvallen's entrance park
12/5 Trailvarvet: 10:15 am - 4 pm
15/5 Stafettvarvet: 3 pm – 9 pm
18/5 Göteborgsvarvet: 9 am - 8 pm
19/5 Lilla varvet: 10 am - 3 pm

16/5 11 am - 9 pm
17/5 10 am - 9 pm
18/5 8 am - 4 pm
19/5 9 am - 1 pm

Customer service at Slottsskogen (below Björngårdsvillan)
