Carotte becomes the new catering partner for Göteborgsvarvet: elevating the dining experience during Race Week.
Carotte Food & Event takes over the baton for this year’s event and will prepare and serve all food and beverages sold in connection with the official areas of Göteborgsvarvet during Race Week. Carotte is a high-quality catering and event partner that prepares all food from scratch in their restaurant at Läppstiftet in Gothenburg.
Carotte Food & Event is a Gothenburg-based company known for creating memorable dining experiences, even on a large scale. Now, a new chapter of the Gothenburg Half Marathon experience begins, aiming to enhance the event for the 80,000 runners, supporters, and volunteers participating during Race Week.
Based in Läppstiftet in central Gothenburg, Carotte prepares all food from scratch, using locally-sourced ingredients to create nutritious and flavorful meals. The partnership marks a milestone for the event as a whole.

Carotte will offer a varied menu designed to meet the specific needs of the runners and enhance the experience for all attendees, aligning with the event's vegetarian focus. Of course, locally brewed finisher's beer will also be served.

We will prepare large quantities of delicious food and develop logistical flows with the right expertise at every step. Additionally, we have our own staffing agency, Carotte Staff, to provide all the event personnel required on-site.
