Carotte becomes the new cater­ing part­ner for Göte­borgsvarvet: ele­vat­ing the din­ing expe­ri­ence dur­ing Race Week.

Carotte Food & Event takes over the baton for this year’s event and will pre­pare and serve all food and bev­er­ages sold in con­nec­tion with the offi­cial areas of Göte­borgsvarvet dur­ing Race Week. Carotte is a high-qual­i­ty cater­ing and event part­ner that pre­pares all food from scratch in their restau­rant at Läpp­s­tiftet in Gothenburg.

Carotte Food & Event is a Gothenburg-based company known for creating memorable dining experiences, even on a large scale. Now, a new chapter of the Gothenburg Half Marathon experience begins, aiming to enhance the event for the 80,000 runners, supporters, and volunteers participating during Race Week.

Based in Läppstiftet in central Gothenburg, Carotte prepares all food from scratch, using locally-sourced ingredients to create nutritious and flavorful meals. The partnership marks a milestone for the event as a whole.

Carotte will offer a varied menu designed to meet the specific needs of the runners and enhance the experience for all attendees, aligning with the event's vegetarian focus. Of course, locally brewed finisher's beer will also be served.

- We are truly looking forward to the festive atmosphere of Göteborgsvarvet and feel honored by the trust placed in us. We will prepare large quantities of delicious food and develop logistical flows with the right expertise at every step. Additionally, we have our own staffing agency, Carotte Staff, to provide all the event personnel required on-site. In addition to serving food and beverages, Carotte also implements environmentally friendly solutions to reduce the event's impact on the environment, aligning with the Göteborgsvarvets sustainability efforts.


In Gothenburg, Carotte Food & Event offers catering to private and corporate clients, event services, restaurant operations, as well as conference and event venues through Läppstiftet and the new Leir Mat & Möten.
