Our train­ing pro­grams are back!

Gear up for Göte­borgsvarvet 2026 and kick off your train­ing with a plan designed to suit you per­fect­ly. Stay moti­vat­ed and chal­lenge yourself!

The programs are developed and coached by Anders Szalkai, Mustafa Mohamed, and Hanna Karlsson—all accomplished runners with extensive experience coaching athletes at every level. The training spans 18 weeks and kicks off in mid-January. Each program provides a complete plan, featuring inspiring notes for every workout and week. Instructional videos are also included for key elements such as strength training, running technique, and mobility exercises.

Programs are available at six levels, from completing the Half Marathon in under 1:30 to finishing the full distance without aiming for a specific time. With a training program, you gain consistency through fun, varied—and also challenging—workouts that keep you motivated every step of the way.
